However, my family physician states that I have also gained 10 to 15 pounds of muscle, so the fat loss has been very significant (@45 pounds!) for a 52 year old male. Paris customizes the fitness plan for his clients by taking into consideration the client’s overall fitness goals, any injuries or other medicial issues that need to be factored into the exercise regime, and an assessment of current capabilities. Unlike working out alone, Paris constantly monitors for the correct form, and makes a determination of when weights or repetitions should be adjusted. You have been training me for a month now so that I can get bigger and stronger for my high school baseball team. We have been working out about 3 days a week and you sent me a diet that I can go on to help me bulk up. I like the way you push me to finish up my sets. As if I was doing to do 4 sets of bench press, and I was on the third set about to go to the fourth and I said, ” I can’t do anymore I’m tired” you would talk me into doing that last set and you would help me enough to where I could finish my last set. Paris helped me lose my baby weight and then some. When I started working out with him a few months after my son was born, I felt so out of shape and had about 30 pounds to lose. I had always loved cardio but hated weight training. Paris helped make my workouts geared to my fitness level and kept them increasingly challenging as the weight came off.
